Cell Phone Billing - How it Works
Open and read the confirmation message.
To begin, open up a new text message window and type in the word CHAT.
Send that message to 55255.
Some phones may ask you to enter the number, before entering the text.
Wait a few seconds and you will then receive a new message from Tango Personals.
Open the message and you will find your new membership number and passcode, as well as the local Tango Personals phone number to call and use your membership.
Once you have a membership, it's easy to add more time. Simply text the word ADD to 55255.
The confirmation message will explain the charge and say that you need to be 18 years of age or older to buy a membership.
Choose to reply and type in the word YES.
Press send - the phone will know to send it to 55255.
You will then receive another message from Tango Personals.
To opt-out, send the
word STOP to 55255.

Most cell phones have a "messaging" feature in the main menu. Select the messaging feature (which might also be called SMS, short message or text message) and type a new message using the keypad. Simply type 55255 in the "To" field and the word "
CHAT" as the message. Press or select send. If you're having problems, check your phone manual or the manufacturer's web site. The names of certain functions will differ by cell carrier and model.
You'll receive two messages following purchase, including:
- Your total purchases in the last 30 days
- Your membership number, passcode, balance, available minutes and local Tango Personals number
It depends on how busy your cellular network is. You'll usually receive a response within 20 seconds when you send the word
